         Product Returns
         All returns must have a Return Material Authorization
         Number (RMA) before returning the product.

         RMA Request

         In the comment box type in your request for a RMA and reason.

         RMA Shipping
         All returns to Nitro Syndicate MUST be shipped
       UPS PREPAID buy the customer.

         RMA Return Shipping
         All RMA return shipping will be prepaid by the customer in
       the form of a Money Order for the amount of $9.50 U.S. Dollars.

         Note:
         NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER
         INSIDE THE PACKAGE AND CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE
         PACKAGING ALONG WITH A MONEY ORDER MADE PAYABLE TO
